The same case first enters Stage 1 market-access preflight. After Stage 1, Stage 2 generates the next-step pack and form-field drafts. Human review joins when document authenticity, model coverage or final reporting needs judgement. Start one market-access check
提交后会先生成阶段一机器预检结果，并保留同一案例用于阶段二资料包和后续人工复核。如果达到人工复核节点，会进入私密复核队列。请不要在此表单上传证书或个人敏感文件；文件后续通过私密上传链接提交。
Submitting first creates the Stage 1 machine preflight result and keeps the same case for Stage 2 pack generation and later human review. If it reaches a human-review gate, it enters the private review queue. Do not paste certificates or sensitive personal data here; files are submitted later through a private upload link.
